We stayed in a variety of places and types of accommodation in Thailand and this was our favourite – beautiful rustic accommodation and lovely staff… the bathrooms are open at the top so you shower with a view of the jungle – fantastic! We did a night safari and saw loads… mouse deer, porcupine, loris, owls.

Sitting Gently by the River, in the Jungle!

My girlfriend and I stayed at their Mango House, right by the river and surrounded by beautiful trees. One morning a group of monkeys playing nearby woke us up, but it was ok!!

Great Place to stay in the jungle

My husband and I recently stayed in the Romance treehouse for 1 night and had an awesome experience,.. It was great to sit out on the balcony of the treehouse and watch the monkeys play in the trees and just soak up the scenery. Highly recommended!

Impressive, had a great time

AirAsia is so cheap and makes Khao Sok so accessible; check it out… the food was very good and priced the same as places in the village. Khao Sok is worth at least 3 nights stay, and don’t miss one night on the amazing lake – incredible scenery and wildlife.

A group of professional scientists, naturalists and nature lovers recently visited Our Jungle House and saw some amazing wildlife on the lake. The Society (MNS) is the oldest and largest environmental NGO in Malaysia. Among other accomplishments, MNS succeeded in getting a large are of lowland rainforest declared a national park. However, until now, there has been little inter-action between them and Thai naturalists.

Real jungle experience

We stayed here for four nights and it was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand…We stayed in a tree house which was literally among the forest, unlike other hotels we saw which had made a clearing for their hotel. There is free internet access – which is useful and unexpected in the middle of the jungle.
