Bamboo Cooking Demonstration
The Bamboo Cooking demonstration starts with meeting your local guide at around 4:30 pm. You will observe and learn how to start a fire, how to choose and prepare the right bamboo for your cooking utensils and plates.
Along with a curry and BBQ chicken, your guide will show you how to prepare rice wrapped in forest leaves and cooked in bamboo tubes. You can enjoy your dinner on our riverside platform or in our restaurant. For dessert, make sure to try the famous Bamboo Pancakes.
