COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
All bookings through 30th November 2020 are eligible to reschedule without penalties, so long as your provide 15 days notice. Note that any booking credit or rescheduling must take place within 18 months of your original reservation, and can be used by you or your friends.
However, we are not guaranteeing that you’ll get the same room and price upon rescheduling as our room rates are varies by room types and seasons. Guests must pay any differences in prices.
If you request for a refund, a fee of 20% (THB400 minimum) will be retained for the administrative fees. Payment can be made via PayPal or return to your credit card.
Normal Cancellation Policy
Applicable for any booking from 1st December 2020 onward.
More than 30 calendar days’ notice, refunds will be made and a fee of 20% (THB400 minimum) will be retained for handling and banking fees. Payment will be made via either PayPal or return to your credit card.
Within 30 days of arrival: 50 % refund will be made via either PayPal or return to your credit card.
3 calendar days or less notice, no refunds will be provided nor will your deposit be able to be used in any way for future visits.
No shows or early check out:
The deposit amounts will not be refunded.
